Question

I have printed and filed my w-2s manually. QB Online won't allow me to archive. It tells me that I need to setup w-2 printing.

    I am having the same problem, The exact message that comes up is,

    "

    We can't send this filing yet

    Before filing this form, you must setup W-2 printing 
     
    I already have set up W2 Printing and have done so and filed.

      I am having this same issue one 2/2025. Did you figure out how to resolve this. I have printed everything, it seems like a glitch since it's not clearing and still says this is an action pending. Tried incognito mode and same thing. Tells me I need to set up printing but everything is set up and everything was already printed. Please help.
