I have several accounts, how do i merge all my quick book programs to gather because i just updated payment on one and the other says payment is due

Merging various QBO programs or subscribed products into one is unavailable. Please know that each company's files are created separately through different subscriptions and serve their purpose. As a workaround, you can choose a program you want to keep and manually import the data from the other programs.

Let's figure out if you can combine your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro 2015 with another QB account connected to your financial institution, Quest.

 

First, I'd like to know more details about your concern, so I can offer a tailored solution. Could you please let me know which version of QB is linked to your bank? Is it QBO or QBDT? If you want to integrate your QBO account with your QBDT account, this option is currently unavailable.

 

However, if you'd like to merge your QBO data into QBDT, you can do so by exporting your QBO file. Please note that the data will only be exported to a new QBDT company and not to an existing one. Moreover, if you meant something else, feel free to add further details in the comment section.
