I have tried to enter employees but the email address field won't accept email address for any of my employees?

We'll perform some basic troubleshooting to fix it. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best spot to isolate web issues.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If you can enter the employee's email address, return to your default browser and clear its cache. It will remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
