Or should I cancel both and start a new one.   If so, can I export all info from both old to the new one.

You should signup for a new QBO account and use a migration tool to merge them.

Another option, purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

We can't combine two QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts under one EIN, bedrock. Let me share some insights to handle your data accordingly.

Merging data from different subscriptions under one EIN isn't advisable for tax purposes. However, if you need to integrate the information, consider canceling both subscriptions and starting a single account.

Before that, export your reports, lists, and other data from both accounts and manually import them into your new account.

To export your data:

  1. Tap on Export data from the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Reports or Lists you want to export.
  3. Tap on Export to Excel to continue.
  4. Repeat the same steps for other lists or reports.

Once done, get ready to import them to your new account

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Import data.
  2. Bring your existing data into QuickBooks by choosing the options available.
  3. Follow the onscreen pop-ups to complete the process.

You may consider checking for a third-party converter tool to ease the process.

Alternatively, you can keep one of your old subscriptions. Then, manually export and import the information to the other company as instructed above. You may utilize the class or location tracking features to reclassify your entries.

Keep me posted if you still have questions or concerns while managing your QuickBooks accounts or data. I'm more than willing to assist you every step of the way.
