Question

I have updated the company address everywhere I can think of in QB Online, but our QB Payroll paystubs continue to show the old address. Ideas?

I'll make sure you're able to display the updated company address on your paystubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, @sarahnieto. This way, you can keep your payroll data accurate.

The company address you've entered on the Account and Settings page should be the information displayed on your paystubs. Based on your description of the issue above, I can tell that you've already updated the said section.

With that being said, I'd recommend performing some troubleshooting steps. This paystub display error can sometimes be caused by the browser's overtime collection of data from frequent page visits. To isolate this matter, you can perform some troubleshooting steps.

You can start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, go to the Payroll menu and view your paycheck list. Open a paystub and print it to check your company address.

If you're able to view the updated company address on the paystub, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performances issue. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

Also, to get a closer look at your business's finances and employees' accounts, I'd recommend pulling up payroll reports. You can see the complete list of available reports through this article: Run payroll reports.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have other payroll concerns and questions about managing your company details in QBO Payroll. Drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish  you continued success, @sarahnieto
