Hi there, @anitao9888.

I appreciate you for changing the direct deposit information in QuickBooks with your own. I'm here to help you verify where direct deposit funds are deposited.

I'd recommend contacting your new and old bank since you've changed the account for a direct deposit while in process. They can review each of your accounts and confirm where the funds were deposited.

Once confirmed, you have an option to review the updated bank account in your QBSE. Let me guide you on how.

  1. Select the Gear ⚙ icon and choose Wallet.
  2. Click the Payment Settings tab.
  3. Review the details.

For more knowledge about direct deposit in QBSE, check out this link: Get direct deposits from your clients.

Feel easy to click these articles below on how to give clients a paper check. Also, help you resolve some direct deposit concerns.

Drop me a line if I can do anything else for you. I'd love to help. Keep safe, and I hope your day is great!

Hello there, @anitao9888.

Let me share with you some insights about a deposit that is not yet posted.

Since the deposit has been delayed in posting, I'd recommend you reach out to our contact support to investigate it further. This way, they'll be able to track where the payment is.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-employed account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Choose an either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: to get fast, and personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or enter a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base, or click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat
      • Get a callback
      • Ask the community

For your future reference, you might want to void a check. Check on this article to know how: Void a Direct Deposit Vendor Check
