I just got this email and I need to figure out what's wrong "Direct Deposit Payment Unsuccessful. Urgent Issue with the Payroll Account for Chance's"

Ideally, your employees and contractors still pay by direct deposit if you are on the same-day, next-day or 2-day funding time. Your employees and contractors do not pay by direct deposit if you are on 5-day funding time. You can pay them with paper checks.

 

Here’s what you’re going to do:

 

Step 1: Look for the email notification.

Step 2: Go to your bank to request a wire transfer or use Versapay.

Step 3: If the debit was returned for another reason, work with your bank or change your bank account.

After you send your request, you can contact support to remove the hold.
