Question

I keep getting pop-up ads from QBO for credit card, payroll services, etc. These are quite disruptive to my work flow. Is there a way to turn these off???

I don't need to subscribe to these for my business.  Please help!  I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way!

    I hear you and I'm here to help share insights about turning off popups or stopping advertisements from showing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

     

    The option to turn off popup advertisements in QuickBooks is unavailable. For now, let's consider clicking X or No thanks to get rid of them.

     

    While these in-product advertisements no longer help your working experience, I recommend letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon.
    2. Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
    3. Describe how an option to turn off popup ads helps you work efficiently in QuickBooks.
    4. Select Next.
    5. Click Skip and send message.
