I lost all my data. tried to sign up with payroll company on quickbook. I cancelled and lost all my info. help!!!

Please know that you'll still have access to your payroll data for 6 months after the cancelation. If you've just recently canceled your account, you should be able to view the payroll information.

 

To isolate the issue, you can access your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window. It could be that the accumulated cache in the browser is preventing you from viewing your payroll data. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

If you're able to view them now, close the incognito window and then go back to your regular browser. Next, clear its cache to improve your browsing experience. You may also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

 

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account and verify other options to recover your payroll data and tax forms. Here's how to with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
