Hello info-newsometruc,

Did you receive any error messages when trying to upgrade your payroll subscription? In the meantime, let's run some steps to fix this odd behavior.

To start with, upgrade the subscription on an incognito window. It is the best place to isolate what causes the weird behavior. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome.
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari.

If it works, go back to your regular browser and proceed to clear your browser's cache to remove the stored files.

However, if the problem continues, use another compatible browser: The supported QBO browser.

I've got you our helpful resource with links to different topics related to Payroll Full-Service tasks. You can read through this article to help you learn about your new payroll subscription: QuickBooks Online Payroll Full Service Hub.

I'll be right here if you have other questions.
