Question

I'm having a problem with Tasks that have already been completed showing up again as undone – like a tax form filed more than a month ago showing today as undone. Ideas?

This has been happening fairly regularly: I log in and see Tasks that show some payment or form that needs filing or paying. For instance, today a 2nd Quarter state unemployment form is showing as 35 days overdue — but I had submitted that form electronically through Quickbooks roughly six weeks ago.

We haven't received a report about the Task section not working, @bobransom.

 

I know how imperative it is to keep the info updated in your account. For now, you archive the paid tax from the task's settings by clicking the collapse arrow. You can also refer to this article for details: Archive old payroll tax forms.

 

After that, contact our Customer Care Support so we can create a ticket and investigate further. Here's how to reach out:

 

  1. Go to Help at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue, then tap Continue.
  4. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you.
