I’m trying to figure out why my employees can’t get into workforce?Why can they not find the company when it shows active online?

Let me help you get your employees into the workforce in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP).

You just have to make sure to let your employee login in their Intuit Account, then let your employee go to the products and billings. From there, they can see the Workforce.

In addition, If you still haven't added your employee to the workforce, check this article so you can add or invite your employee to the workforce: Invite your employee to QuickBooks Workforce.

Also, In case your employees forget the password when logging into the Workforce page, all they have to do is select the I forgot my user ID or password link and follow the onscreen instructions.
