Hello, @blacknight6346.

 

Let me share some information about the suspended account in Quickbooks Online


Your subscription payment might not have been successfully processed. To prevent account suspension, please update your billing information.


Here's how
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Settings ⚙.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and settings.
  4. Select Billing & subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.

If the credit card is updated/correct and the problem continues, you may need to wait until 12 AM PST. Usually, once payment is processed, the suspension should be cleared shortly, or at the latest, by 12 AM PST.  You can check this article for more insights: If your QuickBooks Online account gets suspended.

 

However, if your account is still suspended at that time, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. An agent will be able to look at your account details to determine the root of the problem in a secure environment.
