Hi there, @ctaylor-ggenesis. I can see the importance of updating your employee's information and I'm here to share some info.

Upon checking here on the system, there's an ongoing investigation into the error "400 Bad Request: " when editing an employee's personal information. Please know that our engineering team is already aware of this and is doing their best to find a permanent fix as soon as possible.

For now, I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified via email once a resolution has been made. Here's how you can contact them:

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Be sure to check their available hours since they can only accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Moreover, QuickBooks Online provides several payroll reports that you can use to access information about your company and employees. I've added this resource for more information: Run payroll reports.

If you need further assistance with editing your employee's information, please let me know. I'm happy to help you again.
