I'm unable to submit payroll. When I click the submit button, nothing happens. I've chatted 4 times and had one of them share my screen and it's still not working.

I appreciate you contacting our support agents to resolve this. I checked our records and discovered that there is an ongoing investigation into customers who are unable to submit payroll. Rest assured, our engineers are working on the permanent fix. In this case, please contact our Payroll Support Team. They will add you to the list of affected users and send you an email when there is an update on this case. Here's how it's done:

1. Click the Help (?) icon.  
2. Choose Contact Us. 
3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk. 
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.

We are in the same boat.  Have you received any help in this matter?

I've had this issue since June!!!!!  Every two weeks I spend 20-40 minutes on a call with support, and eventually, they submit to running the payroll manually and are told I'll be updated by IT when it's fixed.  I've never gotten an update and had to call support each pay period.  Last month, their being able to run it manually stopped being an option.  I'm so sick of the lack of urgency on this.
