I missed producing an employee W2 for 2024 how do I do it know?

Currently, there isn’t an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to create and file W-2s for the 2024 tax year, lenrein. However, we can view and print your W-2s then contact IRS for guidance in filing this. 

Follow these steps for viewing and printing your W-2 forms:

1. In your QBO account, go to Payroll.
2. Then select Payroll tax.
3. Click Resources, then select W-2s.
4. Under Employee W-2s, click Manage W-2s.
5. Select View and print to view the forms.
