I can share some information about withheld payments, @payitforwardfina

 

Payments that are withheld means that payment is on hold and we're reviewing it. This is to make sure that all parties involved in the payment process are protected. 

 

Usually, you'll get an email from Merchant Service Center letting you know why the funds are on hold. It'll also provide you specific steps to fix any issues.

 

After complying with all the requirements needed, we can usually complete our review within 2 business days.
