Question

I need someone from actual Quickbooks IT department to assist me. How can I talk with them. Same issues. Five calls about it. Phone service cannot fix a simple problem.

I use QB Desktop. I am considered the Primary User for both QB & Intuit, yet I can not log in as me so I can't do any maintenance.  I am beside frustrated with this whole system!  Anyone help me?

Hello American Legion 92,

 

Thank you for connecting with the QuickBooks Community! Was the profile updated, so you are now the primary user for QuickBooks? If not, here is how to become the primary user:

 

  1. Go to  Company, then select My Company.
  2. Click Manage Your Account.
  3. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This should be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
  4. Scroll down to the Primary Contact section and select Change.
  5. Select the new primary contact from the list of contacts on the account.
  6. Select Save and Close.
