I need to change en employees email address for cloud services

AFAIK, an employee record has a "Main" email address, but I haven't seen a "cloud" address.  Is it different than the "Main" address?

Hello, NfofsAdmin. Changing your employee's email addresses is my priority.

 

May I ask what you meant by cloud services? I want to ensure we're on the same page.

 

With QuickBooks Desktop, BigRedConsulting is right about employee records having a main email address wherein you can update it from there. I'm attaching a photo for your visual reference:

i have an employees email address and QB will not allow.  I have checked with employee and he states that he has had this email address for a long time  (@icloud.com)
