I need to change my auto pay for my quick books account

For now, we're unable to manually change the auto-pay for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. However, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support so they can pull up your account and cancel the auto-pay feature for you.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon and select the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Provide a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Choose a way to connect with us (Chat with us or Have us call you).

However, if you're referring to automatic tax payments, you can turn off this feature to have more control over making your tax payments and filing forms. To do that:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
2. Click Edit in the Taxes and forms section.
3. Uncheck the Automate taxes and forms checkbox and select Save.
