I need to confirm, is my quickbooks cash business checking account using my EIN? I remember it asking my SSN? I need this account to be a business account using my EIN.

2. From the upper right, go to Help.
   
3. Select the Search tab,
4. Click Contact Us.
   
5. Type a brief detail about your account concern and then select Continue.
