Question

I need to correct payroll for december, there should be four separate payrolls per paystubs how do I add these payrolls?

Thanks for coming here with us for support. I want to make sure that you can process your payroll @deal1tc

 

If you are able to delete the check that needs correction, you can then proceed to run a paper check separately. Deleting or Voiding paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is easy. The process will depend on your payroll service processing time. You can delete a paycheck if it hasn't been processed yet. You can void a paycheck if it is already cashed. To do so, please refer to these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
  2. Click Paycheck list.
  3. Pick the check you'd like to delete.
  4. Select the I understand that this action cannot be undone checkbox.
  5. Choose either Delete Paycheck or Void Paycheck.
