Help has arrived, @ketraskpa-gmail-.

I'd be happy to guide you in deleting and recreating your paychecks in QuickBooks Online.

You still have the option to delete a paycheck if it has been processed yet.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Workers or Payroll menu and select Employees.
  2. Click Paycheck List under Run Payroll,
  3. Change the date range if necessary. Then, choose the paychecks you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Mark the checkmark box to confirm the deletion and click Delete Paycheck.

For complete details about deleting paychecks in QBO, please see this link: Delete or void employee paychecks.

After that, you can run the payroll again with the correct withholding settings.

If the paycheck is already processed, I’d recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check your account and help you delete the paychecks and make a correction.

To do that:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.

For your reference, I'm also adding here a link that provides information on when you can submit your employee's paycheck: When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time?

I'm just a few clicks away if there's anything else you need payroll or any QuickBooks-related things. I'll ensure you're all set. Wishing you all the best in everything that you do.
