I need to delete a paycheck from back in July 2021. It says I need to contact QB. Is there anyway I can do it?

Are you trying to delete a direct deposit? We're unable to delete a previously processed paycheck in QuickBooks. I’d recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Support team. They have the tools to help you with the process.

Here's how:

1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
2. Select Talk to a Human.
3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
4. Click I still need a human.
5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
6. Choose Get a callback.

Otherwise, you can follow these instructions if your trying to delete a paper check in QuickBooks:

Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
2. Click Paycheck list.
3. Select the paycheck(s) you'd like to delete or void and select Delete or Void.
4. Select Yes.
