I need to include additional informatio on the 2021 W-2 for 3 employees. How can I complete this in QB's online?

The employees are tax exempt through a program and the W-2 must notate this in box 14 - Other. Is this possible to complete?

Correcting your employees W2 depends on your payroll service and if the form has already been filed. If we pay and file for you, you’ll need to reach out to our Payroll support team to request a correction.

 

If you pay and file electronically or manually and need to update the W-2s before you file it, you'll just need to correct the form in your product. Then, file your W-2 forms. However, if you have filed it, you need to manually create and file a W-2c form with the Social Security Administration. For the instructions, please proceed to the General Instructions for Forms W-2c and W-3c section in this article: General Instructions for Forms W-2 and W-3.
