I need to print a customer transactions list

I've got two options to help you print a customer's transaction list in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Andiie46.

We can directly go to the Customers tab page and print the information there. Follow the steps below for details:

1. Go to the Sales/Customers & Leads menu and click the Customers tab.
2. Find the customer's name and click on it.
3. From the Transaction list column, you can set the Type, Status, and Date of the transactions.
   
   
    
4. Once done, hit the Print icon beside the Action column.

Aside from that, you can generate a Transaction List by Customer report. I'll guide you on how:

1. Go to the Reports menu, then enter Transaction List by Customer in the search field.
2. If you're in the classic view, click the Customize button to filter the specific customer, transaction type, and other details you want to show up in the report.
3. Once done, hit Run report.
   
   
    
4. If you're in the modern view, utilize the filter options to customize your report.
   
   
    
5. After showing all the customer's transaction list, click the Print icon at the top.
   
   

You can also save the current settings by clicking Save As or Save Customization so you won’t have to go through the customization process again if you need the same information in the future.
