You have three options on how to reset your payroll PIN, @kimgilbert26.
First, if you still have the old pin change it in the Payroll Account Management Portal. It must be 8 to 12 characters. Then, there should have no combination of letters and numbers and no special characters. Here's how:
Go to Employees from the top menu.
Select My Payroll Service.
Choose Account/Billing Information.
Log in to your Intuit Account.
Go to the Payroll Info section.
Select Update PIN under Payroll service PIN.
Enter your old PIN.
Create a new PIN and then confirm it.
Click Submit.
Second, change the pin in the Send Payroll Data window. You must log in as an admin to the program before performing this action. For more information, see the Method 2 section through this article: Change PIN for Processing Direct Deposit Payroll.
Third, if it lost or forgotten, you'll have to download the PIN request form. It must be signed by either the primary or secondary principal. Then, indicate your company's EIN and attach a photocopy of your government issued ID. Then, send the requirements via FAX or email as seen in the Reset a lost or forgotten PIN section.
Then you'll have reached out to our support team to get your new PIN number of your payroll service.
You can read out our Payroll and Workers website it provides articles that will help you manage your account in QuickBooks.

I'm trying to fax my form but it is always busy and not going thru saying "no answer." Can someone help me in resetting my PIN for payroll service. Thank you!
I'll share with you the options on how you can reset your payroll PIN, @DeJahOnly.
As shared by my colleague above, I recommend for you to follow the steps shared by Joesem M.
The request form helps you reset a lost or forgotten PIN. If it lost or forgotten, you can download the PIN request form. Before doing so, make sure that the form has the following;
A signature of the Primary or Secondary Principal Officer.
The EIN (Employer Identification Number) of the company.
Any government issued ID of the Primary Principal.
Send the requirements via FAX or email as seen in the Reset a lost or forgotten PIN section.
Once done, you'll need to contact our support team to get the new PIN. You can follow these steps:
Click Help inside QuickBooks.
Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Click Contact Us.
Enter "New Direct Deposit PIN" in the description field, then click Continue.
