If you or your employee discover an error after you've submitted your W-2, I suggest creating a W-2c form directly to the Social Security Administration and submitting it manually.

Here’s how:

1. Click Taxes on the left panel.
2. Go to the Payroll Tax
3. Choose Annual forms.
4. Select W-2, Copies B, C & 2.
