I need to see my 941 filing for last quarter

I’m here to walk you through how to view your last quarter 941 forms in QuickBooks Online, @smaterka.

The completed tax forms are located in your Payroll Tax Center. You can follow the outlined steps below to access your last quarter 941 form.

1. Open your QuickBooks account.
2. Select the Taxes menu, then choose select Payroll Tax.
3. Click Filings.
   
4. Select Archived forms and filings under Filing resources.
   
5. Click the drop-down menu on the Archived Forms page and choose Quarterly Tax Forms.
   
6. Locate your 941 last quarter form.
