I need to unlock my payroll account so I can process payroll this week.

    You contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. They have additional tools to pull up your account and do a screen share. To speak with one of our experts from QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. Please follow the steps below:

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Select Help (?).

    2. Choose either tab: Assistant or Talk to a Human.

    3. Search or click Contact Us.

    4. Start a chat with a support expert.

     

    You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

    I want to ensure you can use the payroll service again. However, I have to gather more details about the issue. Did you encounter any error messages or codes? Are you trying to change your payroll bank account information or process your payroll taxes?

    Thanks for checking in, @ProActive33.

     

    To contact our Payroll Support Team to update your credit card information, you can follow the steps my colleague, James, has shared above. 

     

    Alternatively, you can use the steps below to update your billing info from QuickBooks. 

     

    1. Sign in as the primary admin or company admin.  For your security, only these users can update billing info.
    2. Click on the Gear Icon, then Subscriptions and Billing.
    3. Select Edit beside your payment method.
    4. Update your credit card info.
    5. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
    6. Once everything’s good, hit Confirm card or Save.
