I did not run or approve payroll to be ran today. Quickbooks automatically ran payroll. I need it to be voided out immediately.

I've got your back on voiding payroll checks in QuickBooks Online QBO), @patriotpestnw-gm.

QuickBooks allows you to void a paycheck depending on your processing time. After confirming if you can still void the paycheck, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Select Payroll from the left menu, then choose Employees.
  3. Choose the paychecks you want to void.
  4. Put a checkmark to the I understand that this action cannot be undone checkbox.
  5. Click Void Paycheck to confirm.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: Delete or void employee paychecks.

On the other hand, it's possible that the Auto Payroll feature was turned on that's why QuickBooks automatically process the payroll. To confirm, you can go to the Payroll Settings. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select the pencil icon beside the Auto Payroll section to edit.
  3. Choose Manage Auto Payroll.
  4. Verify if the two employees were enrolled. If they are, turn the option off and save the change.
  5. Review the confirmation window, then select Done.

However, if those employees were not enrolled on the Auto Payroll feature, you can check the Audit log. This way, you'll know if someone created the paycheck.

You might also want to run payroll reports in QBO. This will help you view helpful information about your business and employees.

It’s nice to work with you, @patriotpestnw-gm. Please know that I'm just a reply away if you need any further assistance processing payroll. Wishing you all the best.
