Question

I needed to cut a paper check for a couple employees, we use QB online payroll. I switched from DD to paper check, but when I went back the next day all the banking info was erased...... Do I really need to re-enter all the info???

Welcome to the Community space, Bigbaldman.

I am here to provide you with valuable insights about whether you have to re-enter banking information in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

In QuickBooks Online the Direct Deposit (DD) is included in your payroll subscription. You'll need to turn it off individually for each employee in their profile settings. If you have disabled Direct Deposit (DD) permanently for an employee, you will have to input their bank information again.

Moreover, I'm adding this article on how to print or reprint paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO): Printing Checks and Pay Stubs.
