Question

I overdraft my account and payroll was ran. It says it went through but then go transfered back. What do I do now?

Do I void the check and rerun it? The employee says he sees it in his account.

  • Important: Direct Deposit Payment Unsuccessful.  Urgent Issue with the Payroll Account for [Business Name]
  • Intuit Payroll Services Action Required: Payment Request for Failed Payroll Debit
  • Intuit Payroll Services Action Required: Partial Payment Received
  • Important: Tax Payment Unsuccessful. Urgent Issue with the Payroll Account for [Business Name]

 

Moreover, if you didn't receive this email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's still not found, consider contacting our payroll support team for further assistance.
