Question

I posted the wrong project number on the weekly time sheet. It was corrected before payroll ran but it is still showing up as a cost on the wrong job.

Hi there, rhonda28. I'm here to lend a hand.

You can delete the created Timesheet for the wrong project by deleting each time activity. To do this, I'll be happy to show you how.

  1. In the left menu, click Projects.
  2. Locate and select the project that has the wrong timesheet.
  3. Go to the Time Activity tab.
  4. Select the pay period date to expand.
  5. Choose the Employee to expand the timesheet created.
  6. Select each timesheet one at a time.
  7. Click the Delete button at the bottom.
  8. Click Yes to confirm.
  9. Repeat each step for the rest of the date of that pay period.
