I purchased B-importer for my employee, but she is unable to upload spreadsheets in QuickBooks. She does not have access to the app center. She is not an admin.

I understand that the option to allow your employees to use the 3rd party apps and upload spreadsheets into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) will help your business. As of now, only admins can do this within their QBO accounts. I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. They can consider it in upcoming product updates.
