Thanks for joining the Community space, @1phbill17. Let me help you with the message received about your payroll in QuickBooks.

You'll want to review the payroll created last February 28, 2023. This way, we can verify if the set up is correct and successfully created in QuickBooks.

To review your payroll, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Select the Run payroll option in the Shortcuts section.
  3. In the Run Payroll page, go to the lower right corner of the screen to select the Preview payroll button.

If it's correct, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They can further check your payroll setting and provide information about the error message. To reach them, click this link: Contact Payroll Support.

I'm adding this article to guide you with your payroll schedule in QuickBooks: Set up and manage payroll schedules.

In case you need to check your payroll liabilities, tax amounts, and other payroll-related information. Check out this article for a guide: Run payroll reports.

Come back to this post if you have other concerns or follow-up questions. I'm always here to help. Stay safe.
