Question

I received an email from qbo@intuit.com that makes no sense. It makes it sound like I have a "case" with them regarding merchant services. Is it a legit email?

I just received one as well. This response from Intuit is completely useless.

1. Who could we forward this email to at Intuit to confirm its real or fake?

2. Where the hell is the number to contact Intuit support? Its found NO WHERE on your site.

3. The more we use this service, the more we see how much it sucks.

Unhappy customer.
