Question

I received an "urgent" email that you could not process my direct deposit to a contractor and that I should contact you "immediately" for assistance. Is anyone there?

I tried calling the number and the recording says you are out of the office until Monday. You shouldn't send me an email to "contact you immediately for assistance" if it is not true.

I'll be here to help you through the whole thing, @pml2269487.

Thank you for attempting to get in touch with our support immediately. I've here steps to follow so you can set a callback or contact our Customer Care Team right now. From there, they can then discuss with you why the contractor's direct deposit wasn't processed.

Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, choose the Help menu.
  2. Click the Search box and click Contact Us on the lower part. If there's no option, enter this keyword: Account, Management, and Billing
  3. Type your concern in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Pick the option you want in the list and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that we also have limited staff and reduced support hours due to the pandemic. For more details, check out this link: Contact QuickBooks products and services Support.

I've added some resources about direct deposit frequently asked questions like a reversal, increased limits, and other matters.

If you have any debrief about your QuickBooks, please feel free to share them with me in this feed. I welcome the opportunity to respond immediately. Look out for yourself, especially during this pandemic.
