I signed up for payroll service and it's been more than a week and still not loading. i reached out to help desk a few times and still not being resolved.

Welcome to the Community! Let's work together to get this fixed so that your payroll service is able to load properly. 

 

Are you able to see a payroll subscription located in your Billing and Subscription settings? Here's how to locate it: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press Account and Settings under the "Your Company" column. 
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab on the left-hand menu bar. 

 

From there, can you tell us what subscription of payroll you have? In addition, provide us with a screenshot or explanation of what it looks like when not loading. 

 

You can also try clearing your browser's history in the meantime to see if that fixes the issue.
