I turned off Automatic filing of tax forms but it still says the forms will be filed automatically

I have some information about automatic filing. To verify, are you using the Full-Service payroll type? If so, you'll want to contact our Payroll Support. This way, they can assist you with your payroll plan.

To reach out:

1. Go to Help.
2. Scroll down and select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of the case in the field. Then, tap Continue.
4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

If you're not using Full-Service, try accessing your account using a private browser. 

his browsing doesn’t store data and will help the page load without issues from temporary data.

Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
• Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

After that, go back and verify your E-File settings. Just go to Gear and then Payroll Settings to see it. Check out this guide for details: Setup E-File & Pay.
