I used intuit via BOA. It was transferred to QB online. I am missing a 941. Intuit support (with a rooster in the background) said they would find it and email me, but no

Has anybody had this issue? How can I talk to somebody who can actually help me.

To get your form 941, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support again. This way, they can pull up your account securely and help get the 941.
