I used the smart look service last week and now my computer desktop will not display my original photo, it is black. How do I change it back?

The desktop is now black behind my folders.

Once the Smartlook session ends, the display and controls should be returned to you. If you're having display issues or changes in your background, try rebooting your system to start in a clean slate.

 

If you're still having display issues or problem navigating inside QuickBooks Online, I recommend contacting our Support Team so that they can create a ticket and investigate it further.
