Congrats on making your first post here in the QuickBooks Community. Let's work together to figure out why you're unable to add your husbands tax withholding to your tax profile. 

 

To clarify, can you provide us with a screenshot of where the box used to be located in your profile? 

 

In the meantime, you can try some troubleshooting steps to help resolve this problem. Clearing your browser's history will assist with removing any errors or glitches in the system. 

 

After we've received the screenshot, I'll be able to determine the best solution for your business. I'll be waiting for your response!

Thanks for reaching back out to me about adding your husbands tax withholding to your tax profile in QuickBooks Self-Employed. I appreciate the additional details you gave me. 

 

If you've already cleared your browser's history and that didn't work, the best route would be to get in touch with your Customer Support Team. They have more advanced tools to review your account and see why this is happening to you specifically. Here's how: 

 

Locate the QB Assistant at the top right of your QBSE account, and type in "Talk to a human." From there, you'll be able to choose your preferred support method. 

 

The support hours are M-F 6AM to 6PM and Saturday 6AM to 3PM PT.
