I've been charged for two versions of QBs for almost all of 2021. How do I get a refund?

You'll want to cancel your account to avoid further charges and then contact our Customer Support to request a refund.

To cancel the account, you can follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

Once done, you can now reach out to our Customer Support. They have the tools to get into your account in a secure environment and process this refund request.
