Hi there, lars

We can perform troubleshooting steps to eliminate common errors that usually occur on a cloud-based application like QuickBooks.

Beforehand, what specific issue do you encounter when logging into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE)? Are you getting an error? Or, if you're seeing incorrect information, let's ensure you're logging in to the correct company.

To start, let's access your company and manage your mileage using a private window or incognito. It's a helpful tool for troubleshooting browser-related difficulties, as it won't preserve any history. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once done, it is recommended to clear your browser's cache or cookies to avoid similar issues in the future. Alternatively, opting for one of the supported browsers can also be an option.

If you're using a mobile app, please refer to the steps applicable to your operating system.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the Offload App button.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

You can also consider switching to QuickBooks Solopreneur for an upgraded accounting experience.

Let me know if you have additional concerns related to QuickBooks. I'm just a post away to help. Take care!
