Happy to see you here, @deepti3.

I'm here to share details on how to edit the bank account from the previous paycheck in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Since you mentioned that you need to change your bank account from a past paycheck, we will need to contact our payroll support team so they can edit them for you.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select the Contact Us button.
  3. Type in your question and press Let's Talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a Callback

Furthermore, if you haven't performed editing your payroll account, I've prepared the steps to do so.

  1. Go to Settings and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Look for the section titled Bank Accounts
  3. In the section titled Bank Accounts, click Edit ✎.
  4. Select Update.
  5. Click Add new bank account.
  6. If you bank with one of the banks listed, select the bank and enter your online banking user ID and password. Otherwise, search your bank name or select Enter bank info manually. Enter your routing and account number, then select Save.
  7. Select Submit.

Next, we'll perform a test transaction to validate your new account within two to three business days. Once you've verified that the test transaction has cleared on your bank statement, launch QuickBooks Online and log in.

Once your bank account has been verified and is prepared to be used with your payroll service, it will guarantee that your tax payments and payroll transactions post to the correct account in your books. Please refer to this article for more information: Change your payroll bank account in QuickBooks Online.

Comment below and let me know how it goes if you need assistance managing direct deposit paychecks in QuickBooks or any other payroll-related issues. I'll come to guide you.
