I don't want QB to automatically file the forms and payments so I don't want to select that option, but I want to filed the forms through QB, not manually on the state websites. What has changed since the last quarter.

Good to see you here, Jewels875397.

The option to file the PA quarterly unemployment form in the previous quarters using e-services is unavailable. Tax agencies have their filing dates, and QBO won't allow you to submit the said forms if it's beyond the cut-off time or deadline.

What you can do is archive the form and print them. Then, manually file the them to your state agency. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll tax.
  2. Select Monthly Forms, Quarterly Forms, or Annual Forms.
  3. Choose the desired form.
  4. Select the liability period.
  5. Select Archive.

Once archived, you can print them. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Taxes tab on the left side.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax
  3. Click the View and Print Archived Forms hyperlink under MonthlyQuarterly, and Annual Forms one at a time.
  4. Select All in the drop-down.
  5. Click the form and tap View
  6. Hit Print

You can always view your tax forms and payments in your account. This way, you can track and manage your taxes.

I'll be right here if you need more help accessing your forms in QBO.
