Please know that any payroll questions you may have can be shared here with us, and we will help you through every step of the way. However, if you prefer to speak with a live agent, you'll need to reach back out to support. I've included some steps below to contact our Payroll Support Team. 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Click on Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with support (Chat, Callback, Etc.). 

You can also use the direct chat support link I've included below. Don't worry, the next agent you chat with can see the history of the chat you lost before. All you got to do is click on your payroll service.
