Hi there, @gibbonskodi-yaho.

I appreciate you for reaching out to us here in the Community. Let me share what I know about customer payments in QuickBooks.

Are you using QuickBooks Payments? If yes, when processing ACH payments for the first time, they will be deposited into your account within 5 business days. The next time you process the payments, it would be a lot faster.

You can check the deposit status through the Merchant Service Center. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to the Activity & Reports tab and select All Statements.
  3. Find your most recent statement and click View.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number.
  5. View the Date in the Activity Summary. This is the date the deposit was made.

You can also do it within QBO. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QBO.
  2. Tick Sales on the left menu and go to the Deposits tab.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.
