i would like to add past salaries on my payroll

i just started using payroll. i have been paying employees by checks. i would like to add past weekly salaries up to now in the system. But i am having hard time.

I'm glad you're choosing QBO Payroll! Welcome to the family!

 

When you set up the Payroll section in QuickBooks Online, you'll be asked if you've paid your employees this year. You only need to select Yes, and then enter the consolidated wage, tax deductions, social security, etc. for each employee per quarter. If you've already created paychecks, you'll want to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll support as you will no longer have the option to add your employees' pay history anymore.
